How do we generate a big idea that connects with all of a global banking brand’s audiences?

As a global financial brand, BBVA knew it needed to transform into a "digital first" mobile bank and turned to us for help. Working with stakeholders in Madrid and coordinating a global team, we analyzed the global marketplace and developed global governance guidelines based on best practices as well as “test and learn” methodologies. 

For BBVA's US division, BBVA Compass, we helped them identify ownable territory in an increasingly crowded financial market and developed campaign and platform creative across all their touchpoints and target segments.

How do we help a utility company reposition itself to support modern environmental causes?

Suez Environnement, a global water utility with headquarters in France, has an illustrious history as one of the oldest multinational corporations. As Suez evolves its global brand to a utility resource and recycler, we’re helping them transform their brand experience through new digital touch points and CRM campaigns that show customers the connection between the water that comes out of their faucet and water as a precious global resource.

Phase 1 of this multi-year engagement went live in November 2015 and established a platform that offers customers a streamlined experience driving digital adoption, facilitating billing processes and servicing options, all supported with a baseline CRM program. Subsequent phases will focus on leveraging customer behavioral data to create a new generation of ’smart’ water consumers who are connected to their community and its natural resources.
